Atithi is considered as one of the most popular restaurant for traditional Gujarati food. To maintain the authenticity of the traditional Gujarati culture, the designing part involved the use of conventional elements and styles, inspired from the old pol houses of Ahmedabad. The ‘jaali’ and wood carving in the partitions retains the notion of traditional Old pol Houses of Ahmedabad.
