This project involves the designing of Façade and Clubhouse inspired by the style of Art Deco, which keeps up the language of design of the space created for each unit. Clubhouse is created, keeping in the mind to merge with the landscape and carve out the basement for utilities and recreational activities. It also holds the concept of privacy in semi-private space. The terrace level of club house matches with the ground level to get connected with the other surroundings and functionalities.
